I interesting little experience here. So they do 2 for 1 cocktails during happy hour, which is very long, but they just bring you out two of the same cocktail at the same time. The glassware is all plastic. The drinks are affordable and the staff is super friendly

The host ,server and the owner Jacqueline, were both very respectful and hospitable. The food was perfect, and our waiter was attentive to everything we asked for, checking in frequently to make sure we were satisfied. We came all the way from Los Angeles, California, and will definitely be back!

Good Food, Great Price, FANTASTIC PORTIONS. This is one of the very few restaurants who actually tell the truth when saying that they'll fill your belly. The host Jason promised that the portions were very big (so much so you could take some home). HE WASN'T LYING. I usually finish all my food at restaurants. This was the first time in probably YEARS I couldn't finish all my food because I was given so much. On top of this the food was good quality, and a very good price for how much I got. I had to go out of my way to write a review for this restauarant (I usually don't do reviews) Just because I was blown away that a restaurant actually stuck to their promise of "good food, good price, big portions" If you want a restaurant that actually checks all those boxes above^ go here. This is not my favorite restaurant in la fortune for steak but it was delicious and I was not disappointed. I had the sirloin with mashed potatoes and a daiquiri. We also had the corn appetizer which was a unique and delicious snack. The prices were reasonable and they have a happy hour special. Services was friendly and took great care of us.

My husband and I went to Volcano Steakhouse for a quick drink during our recent stay in La Fortuna and ended up spending a fabulous evening. It has a great atmosphere and delicious food! Jacqueline and her family were so welcoming and we enjoyed chatting with them as much as we enjoyed our dinner and drinks! My only regret is that we didn’t stop in until our last night in the area. I guess we will have to go back!!

2nd time here and I have to recommend this spot. Great vibes!! Staff is very attentive. Geat drinks and killer happy hour!! I even got recognized by the doorman Jason after not visiting the country for 2 years. The owner Jacqueline is so sweet and goes out of her way to make sure you have a great experience. 10/10 recommend.. and I might be back in 2 years again!!

We were planning on eating at the Restaurant next door but had a wait time so we decided to eat at the Volcano Steakhouse. It was definitely a good decision. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. We ordered the NY steak and the Birria Tacos. The steak was cooked perfectly it wasn't hard or chewy. It was seasond really well but it was also good with the sauces the dish came. The Birria Tacos were delicious and very juicy. Decor was very cool as well. Definitely recommend this location.
